Payment Methods (& Security): I accept payments through PayPal and by Credit Card. I also accept checks or money orders, however, if paying by check it will need to clear the bank before I can send your order. Please make checks/money orders out to:

Shipping: Most switchplates are made to order and will be shipped within 7 days (or less) of payment being received/cleared. Custom orders of multiple switchplates may take longer and I will contact you with any delays longer than 7 days. For shipping, I use the post office and Priority Mail.
Maine and Massachusetts residents will be charged sales tax.
Refunds/Returns: I want all customers to be happy with their purchase and to get that little thrill each time they look at their wonderful switchplates on their walls. However, if you are not totally satisfied with your order or if one of the switchplates does not fit, I will gladly refund your money minus the cost of shipping. I do ask that if you are going to return all or part of your order that you do so within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Please contact me before you return your order so we can make the arrangements. Items should be returned in the same manner they were received. In the event that I did not send the correct item ordered, once I receive the incorrect switchplate, I will gladly ship a replacement switchplate at no charge (including shipping).
Privacy: I am committed to protecting your privacy. I do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. The information I collect is used only to process and ship your order. I may use your e-mail address to periodically notify you about new items or special offers I think you will like. If you would rather not receive this information, please contact me.
